Canteen - The Lunchbox

The Lunchbox is a locally owned business, located onsite at Footscray City Primary School.  We operate each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  

Our team is passionate about food and teaching children about the importance of eating a healthy balanced diet.

We pride ourselves on serving fresh, quality food low in salt, sugar and preservatives, keeping your children energised throughout the day.  We know when children are fuelled well, they learn and play well too. 
 
We work in a nut free environment.  We offer plenty of gluten free, dairy free and plant based options.  If your child has more specific dietary needs, please get in contact with us so we cater to your individual requirements.
 
We operate in accordance with the Vic Health, Healthy School Canteens ‘Traffic light system’.   You will notice each menu item on Munchmonitor has been colour coded accordingly.
 
Lunch is served during our first lunch break only at 11.30am.
